Regulated buyers need more than a claim of quality: they need to know which authority licensed what, which standard covers which step, and which laboratory tested what, by which method. This section sets it out.
Licit cannabis activities in Morocco are governed by Law No. 13-21 on the licit uses of cannabis (promulgated by Dahir No. 1-21-59 of 14 July 2021), its implementing Decree No. 2-22-159 of 18 March 2022, and Joint Order No. 1293-22 of 12 May 2022, which sets out how authorisations are issued. The national regulator is ANRAC, the Agence Nationale de Réglementation des Activités Relatives au Cannabis, under the Ministry of the Interior.

Microbiological results are assessed against European Pharmacopoeia criteria, and pesticide residues against EU maximum residue limits. Independent validation is also carried out in Switzerland. Full reports are available to approved buyers in the portal.
Every batch carries a batch code that links its cultivation origin, processing record, certificate of analysis and export documents. Our internal quality assurance works at batch level, so a buyer can trace any delivery back through the chain.
We are not EU-GMP certified. We are advancing toward EU-GMP certification, and in the meantime our partners in Switzerland and Portugal can carry out GMP conversion for buyers who need EU-GMP material today.
ANRAC 52/A5/0223 authorises the transformation and manufacturing of cannabis for industrial purposes. ANRAC 54/A8/0223 authorises the export of cannabis and its products. Both were issued in Rabat on 6 January 2023 for ten years.
Yes. LSQA's Declaration of Conformity PP90/01 states that production, storage and drying of Cannabis sativa from Beldia and CBD strains comply with the WHO guidelines on good agricultural and collection practices (GACP) for medicinal plants. Level A, valid until 18 December 2026. The scope covers cultivation, drying and storage; processing runs under our ANRAC authorisation.
Independent testing by Labomag in Casablanca covers pesticide residues (GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS, method based on NF EN 15662, against EU maximum residue limits), aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 (UPLC-MS/MS), and microbiology to European Pharmacopoeia methods 2.6.12 and 2.6.31.
