Powder resin is the rawest form of our solventless resin: trichomes collected straight from the first sifting stage, with no drying, pressing or static refinement. Buyers choose it when they want control over the next step themselves, or a single, defined micron grade.
After air-drying, curing and hand cleaning, the biomass goes through vibrating sieve tables and pollinators fitted with micron screens from 120 down to 45 µm. Each screen retains a fraction of a different size, so the material can be kept apart by grade or combined into a mixed grade.
Because this kief is not dried further or pressed, it is vacuum-sealed in pouches immediately and moved into our cold-chain facility, which protects it until it ships.

Screen size decides which trichomes end up in a fraction: larger screens hold back the bigger heads, finer screens collect smaller heads and more fine particles.
