Plants are frozen at −20 °C or below straight after harvest, then washed in ice-cold reverse-osmosis water. Trichomes are collected through micron bags from 220 to 25 µm and freeze-dried, so moisture comes out without heat. All handling takes place in a cold, clean room with stainless-steel tools.
Fresh frozen resin is a live-style resin: the plants are frozen the moment they are cut, so the resin is separated from material that has never been dried or cured. The separation itself uses ice water instead of dry screens, which makes this the most delicate process in our range.
